Meet The Team

Welcome to our Pediatric Resources website! This resource was created as part of our Quality Improvement Project for our course in Leadership & Management in Healthcare. Our project goal was to develop comprehensive and pediatric-specific resources that are easily accessible, promote education and awareness about pediatric pathophysiology, and improve patient outcomes in the process. Through our badge buddies, post-arrest flowsheet, upper and lower obstruction protocols, and other resources that we've compiled on this website, we hope to help nurses feel more confident when caring for pediatric patients suffering from respiratory distress or arrest in the emergency department.
